Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beachside and bayside cottage. Piper's point is located in a family friendly neighborhood just a 5 minute walk to the beach and and a 5 minute walk to the Bay. There is a community pool open May through August and a marina for fishing, swimming, and other watersports. K6 Island Sports is a locally owned rental company available to help with golf cart rentals, kayak, rentals, and paddleboard rentals.
DUE TO ALLERGIES, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE GUESTS WITH PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS.
The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the upper level and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level. The lower level bedroom and bathroom is very private and disconnected from the main level. There is plenty of room to spread out whether sunbathing on the upper deck or barbecuing and hiding from the midday sun on the lower level
