The entire front of the condo is windows offering you a fantastic view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, swaying palm trees that line the beach and Lana'i. The secondary bedroom also has huge windows, en-suite bath and its own lanai.
Perfect location for watching the beautiful sunsets, see our resident sea turtles and an excellent place for spotting whales during the whale migration season.

Sandy Swimmable beach on-site Fully Equipped (kitchen, beach toys, baby furniture, toys)
This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 full bath unit has over 1,800 sq ft of living space allowing the whole family to stretch out. Entire front looking to the ocean is windows, making it very bright and airy. Being on the 4th floor in the corner it is a very quiet location.
The entire condo underwent a full renovation completed October 2018. The unit has a new A/C system (most units do not have A/C) new interior paint job, all new furniture, all new mattresses, all new bedding, both bathrooms updated, new flooring in the bedrooms, updated patio furniture and much, much more.
There are 2 bedroom suites, both with private baths, their own A/C, flatscreen TV and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a walk in shower and a separate soaking tub. This bedroom has sliding doors that open up into the living area and sliding doors to the lanai with beautiful views of Lana'i. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. This updated bathroom also has a walk in shower. Both of the bathrooms have double sinks. Although all of the rooms have A/C, opening up the sliders and windows is a perfect a great way to enjoy the trade winds and still be able to hear the ocean (we kindly ask that you shut the A/C when windows and or doors are open).
The fully equipped remodeled kitchen has full size appliances, plenty of counter space and equipped with all of the conveniences of home. Some additional appliances include a rice cooker, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer located inside of the unit.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the lanai overlooking Lana'i or Molokai. The perfect place for watching the most amazing sunsets.
Sands of Kahana is located on a sandy swimmable beach. The waves are gentle enough to get in the water and float around but large enough to offer some variations during the day. There is a vendor onsite in which you can rent paddle boards and other equipment. The unit is equipped with some snorkel gear, sand toys and beach towels. You will find beach chairs and loungers down by the ocean and around the pool.
There are two pool areas at Sands of Kahana. One that is specifically designed for small children that allows them to play safely in a wading pool and the other that includes a large spa overlooking the ocean.
There is a restaurant onsite that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect place to grab something while you are at the beach or a dinner when you just don't feel like cooking.
You will find spacious gas BBQ stations downstairs that are cleaned daily and offer prep counters. You will find all of the necessary BBQ tools in the condo to make sure that you can prepare the perfect meal.
There are two gyms onsite that offer both cardio equipment and weight equipment. You will also find an oceanfront beach volleyball court, basketball court, tennis courts and a miniature golf course.
If golf is what you are looking for, you are a short drive to the courses in Kapalua and Kaanapali which are some of Maui's best courses. We are located just a couple minutes outside of the Historic town of Lahaina which offers several restaurants, bars, art galleries and shopping. A perfect place to go in the evening to walk around or to grab an ice cream in the middle of the afternoon.
