Paradise awaits! This is your opportunity to stay at a fully remodeled (2024) condo in a prime location.
Light and bright, the upgrades to the space include all recessed lighting throughout, soft close cabinetry and quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully tiled walk in shower. All new furniture. Wall mounted smart TVs with cable and free WiFi. Log in to your favorite streaming apps easily. Dishwasher for your convenience. Split AC allowing separate temperature controls for the bedroom and main living area. The bedroom has a plush King bed, and the secondary sleeping area is a high end pull out queen sofa bed with a comfy 5" memory foam mattress. The location is prime, you'll have direct access off your large private lanai to one of 3 pools and one of 2 hot tubs at the property. To the left is another pool and hot tub, and to the right is another larger pool. There are grills and picnic tables throughout the property, with the nearest location being right outside to the right of the primary pool area you are facing.
Walkability at this property is second to none. A short walk to many beach spots, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and more!

Summary: This Condo was perfect for me and my husband. The location was perfect and we were able to get around easily. The Coconut Market place was a quick and easy stop with Safeway just down the road. We enjoyed our Lani morning and evening. It was perfectly situated to shaded most of the day. Was glad there was a Mr .Coffee Pot as well as the Pod coffee maker as it only took Nespresso Pods and they could not be found. One suggestion we have would be to provide the basics of seasonings Salt,and pepper at the very least and some cooking spray. Hopefully the guests that followed behind us appreciate what we left behind. Loved our stay, will be staying here again.
