Rates: We rent the peak period Jan, Feb and March (or one. month either way, e.g Dec, Jan & Feb or Feb, Mar & Ap) as a block for $3,800/MO or about 123-127 per night for a 89-90 night minimum. April is rented at $3,800 for the month. The peak period must be rented as a 3 or 4 month block. We rent we rent the remainder of the year for $2,200/MO or about 71 per night (one month minimum stay). The daily rates that VRBO posts may be different. Our rates are derived from market data and reflect the median for similar properties. Again, for the peak period (Jan, Feb, Mar)e require a minimum of the three months at $3,800/month. Outside that period it one month rentals are possible.
Refund: All payments will be refunded under a Force Majeure clause in our rental contract. Do not pay attention to VRBO's statement about refunds - it is not accurate.

This beautifully updated fully furnished villa is located in the Myrtle Trace section of the Plantation Community. As one of Sarasota County's most desirable Golf community's, this location is famous for its lush, well-kept grounds and splendid homes. Only minutes drive from the golden warm white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, and minutes from golf and tennis, the villa includes all the amenities to make this your “vacation destination”.
Regardless of whether you enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, walking, fishing, bicycling, shopping, reading or simply relaxing, we are sure that our villa will be the perfect vacation home for you. The updated villa features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and lake views from every room.
The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances - range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and built-in microwave, updated countertops and tile backsplash. The large (33’ X 10’) Florida Room overlooks the lake and beautifully landscaped gardens. At the end of the day it is the place to enjoy the relaxing furnishings and view the spectacular sunsets.
The Florida room further offers a 50" HD flat screen TV and writing desk. The villa comes fully stocked with linens and beach towels as well as high speed wireless internet. There is a fully equipped laundry room and 2 car garage.
One block away from the villa is the Myrtle Trace community's private club house, which has been recently renovated and features a heated pool. This provides an intimate setting for a swim, reading and relaxing.
Minutes away is the historical Gulf town of Venice with a wide variety of cultural and entertainment opportunities. You will enjoy exploring the historic Venice Island, with its fantastic shopping, music, fine restaurants, and much more, everything you could possibly want for a well deserved vacation.
Please note that this is a single story villa so you don't have to worry about climbing any stairs. The unit is at the end of a cul-de-sac; so,there is no pass through traffic. It is very quiet.
