There is a private swimming pool of 6.50x13 mt. depth from 0.20 to 1.35 mt. there is a pool house with dressing room and bathroom with shower. the pool is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas for shade. Is also present a Barbeque and a covered patio with table and Charis for al fresco meals.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.
