Positive: we went out and bought things for breakfast only to find out that the keurig coffee maker did not work
Negative: the bedroom carpets were stained and dirty. the dish that held the utensils was dirty. the sofa on the outside porch was unusable and an eyesore. there was no kleenex available.
Summary: while the house, itself was great-it needed attention to details as outlined above esp. BR carpets
