Enjoy your vacation with this beautiful, serene home on East Lupine, in the neighborhood of Mountain Valley just minutes from downtown Aspen and the gondola. You will enjoy a tranquil setting with outstanding views of the North Star Preserve and surrounding mountains from every room. The high ceilings and expansive windows allow natural light throughout. This three bedroom, three bathroom home is great for a monthly or seasonal rental depending on your needs!
Upon entrance opens into a lovely living room with ample, comfortable seating, gas fireplace, solar curtains and amazing light from the overhead skylights. To the left of the living room is a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, subzero refrigerator and five burner gas stovetop, double ovens and microwave as well as bar seating for two. The kitchen passes through to the dining room which seats six people comfortably while enjoying the amazing beauty right outside the window. A large sunny patio is off of the dining room as well and is the perfect place to hang out and grill and enjoy views of Independence Pass and the Roaring Fork River. There is a bedroom on this level too.
Downstairs there is a media room with leather sofa with recliner seating, upholstered armchairs, large flat screen television, and Lichenrock accents around the dry bar with wine cooler. There are sliding doors to the south facing patio to enjoy the sunshine on a gorgeous day, there are 2 bedrooms and a hot tub on this level.
Primary Bedroom: To the left of the stairs, on the lower level, is the primary bedroom with King size bed, flat screen television and tiled master tub, steam shower and double vanity, water closet and bidet. Outside the primary bedroom guests can enjoy a relaxing soak into the six-person Jacuzzi hot tub.
Guest Room 1: This lower level bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen television and stairs to a private bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub bathroom.
Guest Room 2: This bedroom is on the main level with a Queen bed, desk, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom.
The two-car garage has a covered walkway to the front door so as not to brave the elements while delivering packages or groceries.
