It's located in Springcrest where there are many fresh water springs on the mountain. The springs do in fact supply the water to the house. It doesn't get much better than that! It has a very remote feeling but is only a 20 minute drive from Palm Desert where there the famous El Paseo Shopping Center sits with wonderful restaurants, beauty care, and shopping. There are great hiking and mountain biking trails that lead right out of the property. Ask about mountain bike shuttle service for the world famous Palm Canyon Epic Trail. There are also over 100 golf courses in the Coachella Valley down the hill to select from. There are two houses on the property. One is a two bedroom two bath and the other is a one bedroom one bath.
