Positive: Very beautiful room and hotel! Very quiet and beautiful location.
Negative: Breakfast was good, but not too many options. You have to choose from either traditional japanese, american breakfast and porridge. There was also a miscommunication regarding breakfast. When i booked our room, the confirmation said very clearly 2 adults and 1 child - breakfast included. However when we were having breakfast, kiddo wasn’t receiving a full breakfast like us so we were asking for additional things that we thought he should get because we paid for breakfast for 3. Eventually, a manager came and word for word said “ since we are asking for so many things , we should buy a kids breakfast “, which not only had me confused but also very upset. Apparently because he was under 3 and his stay was “ free” his breakfast was not included which was never explained at check in. While i appreciated them accommodating him with little things like rice and soup, i did not like at all how it was addressed and also these things should be explained clearer and on the booking app as well. We would never expect or ask for anything for free and the whole situation was very upsetting. We went to 4 different hotels in Japan with breakfast inc luded and none of them excluded my child. This should be mentioned on the hotels information
