Positive: The female staff member Farina? Was really helpful with my dietary requirements, organized dinner to be delivered and shared the dietary requirements with the staff managing breakfast so I had good breakfast experience.
Negative: I was on foot not driving and found the Google directions in foot didn't take me to the road, found a difficult step access through a hedge. Perhaps better street access for walkers?
