Fully updated and gorgeous, this dreamy escape is just waiting to assist in making the best mountain memories! Family and friends can relax by the fireplace in the open living room and enjoy the beautiful views from the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Fraser Valley or reminisce with the chef of the group at the island bar in the kitchen area on the main level which is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. When everyone wants to head out for a bit of fun, the clubhouse features great amenities including a racquetball court, heated pool and hot tub, steam room, weight room, and basketball court! After a full day of adventure, the private balcony can be just the place to sip a glass of wine, yet a movie night on the flatscreen TV in the living room is never a bad idea either.
This tri-level townhouse has plenty of room with a main bedroom that has a brand-new King bed and a private balcony on the third floor. There are two more bedrooms, one with a brand-new Queen bed and the other has a set of twin beds. The lower level offers more space to relax with a sofa, game room, and bathroom.
This is the perfect mountain getaway, as you will be positioned just six miles north of downtown Winter Park and the slopes of Winter Park Resort & Mary Jane. Easy access to trails is available for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, and biking. Plus, fishing, dog sledding, kayaking, boating, golf, and Rocky Mountain National Park are nearby too. Stock up on groceries at the nearby grocery store (one mile away). For a bit of fun closer to home base, check out the shops and restaurants of downtown Fraser or bring the kiddos over to the Fraser Tubing Hill!
