## Space Welcome to our home! Bright, warm and fresh, our lovely flat is modern, clean and newly decorated. In the flat you'll find at your disposal:- - 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and 1 with two single beds. All our beds are fitted with hotel quality linens. - A Bathroom, equipped with a bath, shower and toilet. - A lounge, with a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, table and chairs for dining, and books - A kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans, plates and cutleries etc. Feel free to cook yourself up a meal anytime during your stay. - Fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided for your comfort and convenience! We do request that you please leave the apartment as tidy as you find it. Hope you have a fantastic stay! =) ## Access The entire flat is for your use during your stay. There is free parking in the private car park out the front of the building. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood We are very lucky to have such beautiful uninterrupted views of Arthur's Seat. We are situated in a great location which will allow you to explore many parts of Edinburgh easily, like Portobello beach as well as the main tourist attractions. We have lots of Coffee and local shopping recommendations we will leave in a welcome pack. The apartment is in quiet residential area perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of the City centre. There is a mini supermarket 2 minutes away or a bigger retail park 15 minutes walk away. We also recommend Angelo's Fish n Chips which is a 5 minute walk away. ## Transit The flat is very close to the city centre, you can walk in 30 min or catch the number 19 or 34 bus stop right around the corner outside Scotmid store. The 34 bus will take you into town or to Ocean terminal (which homes the famous The Royal yacht Britannia.) The nicest way to walk into town is via Arthur's Seat it is a beautiful route to take to get to the centre, it will take you via The Parliament, Holyrood palace and up to the Royal Mile. ## Notes Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 7 AM.
