Welcome to Robin's Nest on West, a completely renovated in Summer of 2022 circa 1925 Farmhouse that is conveniently located in the 10th & Page neighborhood with many local attractions within walking distance: The Dairy Market, Kardinal Hall, Rockfish Brewery, West Main Street and the Downtown Mall to name a few. Just a quick 10-minute drive to Scott Stadium, John Paul Jones Arena & UVA. Easy to zip out to Monticello, vineyards and breweries.
Main Floor:
Living Room: 60” streaming TV, Sofa with 5 side chairs, side tables and coffee table. TV console has games, cards and puzzles in the cabinet, recessed dimmable lighting.
Kitchen: All stainless Steel appliances which include gas range & hood, Bertazzoni Microwave drawer in the island, Bosch dishwasher, and French Door Refrigerator. There is a Moccamaster drip coffee maker and a Nespresso Cappuccino/espresso maker. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. The large island has seating for 3 at the bar. Recessed dimmable lighting.
Dining/Backyard: There is a table for 4 which leads out to the backyard with new deck and fencing. There is a patio table for 6 with umbrella as well as a Weber gas grill, tank included. There is parking behind the house for 3 small cars are 2 SUV’s. The parking space is accessed via the alleyway behind the house off of 7th St. There is a gate directly off the parking area to access the backyard and deck.
Primary Bedroom: Located just off the kitchen with a large barn sliding door. Queen bed with nightstands and dresser. Recessed dimmable lighting, Vornado table top fan, sound machine, luggage rack, sitting chair and closet. There is another barn door that leads from the bedroom to the primary bath. There is a tankless water heater, so no worries about running out of hot water.
Primary bath: double vanity, tiled walk in shower with sky light, recessed dimmable lighting, spa bench, Beekman Bros. bath products and hair dryer. There is also an additional door that leads into the kitchen.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, built in bench for luggage, ceiling fan and sound machine and closet.
Bedroom 2: King bed, nightstands, dresser, luggage rack, sitting chair, ceiling fan, sound machine, & closet.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, night stands, desk and chair, Vornado table top fan, sound machine and closet.
Second Floor Bath: Double vanity, shower/tub with Beekman Bros. bath products, spa bench, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and hair dryer.
