Summary: Nick was very accommodating and bent over backwards to make my in-laws stay a pleasant one. He was very responsive. This unit is one 1 level which was important to us due to their physical limitations. My in-laws brought their 2 daschund puppies with them on this trip and enjoyed having a big yard to romp in.
