This charming residence features 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, lake access & dock that is shared with the bottom tenant which is the owner of the home, kayaks, game sunroom, yard games, lightning-fast WiFi, Roku 50" TV, central air and complete privacy throughout your stay. There is room for 2 vehicles on the right side of the driveway. Please note: This is the upper unit to the home, as the owner of the home will be in the bottom unit. The backyard and lake access is shared. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the upper unit of the home, owner lives in lower unit. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are private dock, kayaks, game & sunroom, yard games, pool table and so much more! You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).
