THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on community surface lots as needed.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 Dogs, 40 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture. To avoid fines, pets must be leashed at all times when walking outside of the unit.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security doorbell camera, mounted on the main entrance, and actively monitoring the walk-up to the door.

HOUSE RULES:
• The pool closes at 10pm, and the complex observes quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
• Glass is strictly prohibited in all outdoor common areas, including the outdoor kitchen/grill area, pool, dog run, and ping pong area. Violations may incur a fine.
• The Guest Parking Pass will be located inside the unit. Guests must park in the designated spaces and display the parking pass in their vehicle's windshield at all times within the complex.
• Vehicles parked incorrectly or without a displayed pass risk being towed.
• The parking pass must be left inside the unit upon departure. Not returning the parking pass may lead to a replacement charge.
