This charmingly restored mas with stunning views of the Alpilles hills is ideally situated just 5 minutes walk to Eygalières village. Set on one hectare of beautiful gardens with an independent cottage, large heated pool, tennis court, petanque, ping-pong and four terraces making it ideal to enjoy your holiday here with family and friends.
The main house with a large central entry hall has both formal and casual living rooms, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms to the right. To the left of the entry there is a study and the large well-equipped kitchen and dining area leading to a covered terrace with outdoor dining facilities including a barbecue. The central staircase leads to the master bedroom with ensuite and two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Located near the pool the independent cottage has a private terrace and is furnished with a kitchenette, lounge with TV, a 180cm bed or 2 x 90cm beds as required and shower room with wc.
