This condo is one of the few west facing units with a dock available for rent at Gulf Island so bring your boat! Enjoy the private lagoon with a white sand beach and the mile long nature trail that runs right along the Gulf. There is great fishing from shore so don't forgot to bring your fishing gear even if you don't bring your boat!
Relax, relax, relax!!! A long balcony fronts both the Living room and the Primary \ BR for easy outdoor access. You can sit for hours and watch the boat traffic, the osprey and eagles catching fish, and look for the porpoises and manatees that frequent the lagoon. This luxury condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need - just bring your beach towels! Very comfortable beds - a king in the primary bedroom and a queen in the guest room. The primary bath has double vanities and a new gorgeous walk-in shower.
