Villa Sainte was built in 2021 in a contemporary architectural style, it offers its guests 270 m2 of living space, the total area of the property is 700 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 9 people, distributed in 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and 1 single bed (90x200). Each room has its own bathroom with shower. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor and one room on the first floor. The spacious and beautifully furnished living room has two sofas, a coffee table, an armchair and a romantic fireplace. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 8 people, next to it is a modern kitchen with a work table, where you can easily prepare the most delicious meals for the whole family and friends. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.6 meters deep. Next to the pool there are 6 deck chairs for sunbathing. Other features of the pool include massage jets and a whirlpool inside the pool, which is suitable for children. There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace, where you can show off your culinary skills and prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes. Other amenities at Villa Sainte include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron, as well as 2 separate toilets.
