Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Apartment was beautifully finished and well equipped (although black out blinds in the bedroom would have been a nice addition as it gets quite light quite early). Gym was in the next door building, itโ€™s basic (dumbbells, benches and some cardio kit) but handy. Pool is located in between the two buildings, it is quiet and spacious and gets a good amount of sunlight with shaded areas too. The accommodation is located in a quiet area in the north of the island, there are some restaurants and a supermarket a 15 minute walk away (up & down hill).
Negative: Unfortunately we had to move in the second half of our stay due to the host having another booking, this was communicated ahead of our arrival but the apartment we were moved to was not as nice as the one we booked and we werenโ€™t offered anything as means of compensation. The wine provided in the apartment isnโ€™t complimentary either so just watch out for this. We wrongly assumed it was.
