The house has a large eat in kitchen, formal dining room, front and back enclosed porches, extra large living room and a game room with air hockey and foosball tables. There is a great BBQ on the main deck as well as an amazing outdoor private shower. The ocean breezes are incredible. Seaview has 6 tennis courts, lifeguards at the ocean and bay beach, a playground, basketball court, ballfield, grocery store, (that delivers) liquor store, plant store as well as a marina. Ocean Beach is just a few blocks away with restaurants, bars, movies, nightlife, ice cream and shopping.
