The LWN membership is transferred to you during your stay. You will enjoy the country club quality fairways and greens (recently ranked as one of the Top 50 courses in all of the U.S. by Golf Advisor and the #3 public accessible course in all of Florida!) Fittingly, it’s also home to the PGA KornFerry Tour LeCom Classic pro tournament each year.
Recreation – 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, two pickle ball courts, a bocce court, a 24-hour professionally equipped fitness facility with full-time trainer and activities director, locker rooms, and a relaxing full-service spa for pampering.

The Guest bedroom is outfitted with a beautiful bedroom set , nightstands and a separate dresser to store your personal belongings. Need a tub? The second full bath (next to the guest bedroom) has a tub/shower combo, and includes the very convenient in-unit, full sized washer and dryer set.
The HOA fee is 642.00. Golf per person will be $45.00 for 18 holes and $75.00 for 36, the golf cart is included in the new rates. Prices are subject to change!
