Summary: On the very plus side: Great LOCATION and security Great Air Conditioning Elevator Super modern and efficient Eurostyle design ONE bedroom apartment On the negative side: we thought we were renting a two bedroom because the listing originally said so (this has been corrected at our insistence to benefit future potential renters), but we received no compensation for the misrepresentation that cost us our privacy over a 14 night stay. Listing also said "microwave" there was none. Listing also said "tumble dryer" there was none Main drawbacks: 1)spotty, slow, intermittent "WIFI" connection over a cellular router through 4g- the device/router is called "PLAY". If you need to work through the Internet its too slow to be of use but fine for checking email.It constantly needed to be rebooted and we are tech people so we know the problem wasn't us. 2) Kitchen is very sparsely supplied . There is no blender, salad bowl or salad utensils, very few pots pans,dishes or serving dishes no tupperware or food storage containers. This is not a big deal if you are planning to eat out every meal, but if you like to prepare breakfast, store leftovers or just enjoy cooking the excellent local produce and meats available in the local farmer's market next door it is challenging The good far outweighs the bad and we WILL come back to rent this place again without hesitation, but ownership/management should bring the place up to a higher international standard and they will undoubtedly get five star reviews not just from us but from all the future guests lucky enough to select this excellent accommodation.
