Positive: The house was amazing, superb actually well furnished comfortable . Luxury if I may say . . Great facilities the location peaceful too
Negative: I was called about missing items by three people ...that made me feel off in as much it was a normal occurrence .. They hadn't checked the laundry baskets or the state of what was there before I checked in and when I checked out . Without foung that then calling someone that certain things are missing its not great professional service I paid more than what was on the app ...booking .com was charging Ksh 8930 for 2 nights ..The owner reached out when I was already in the house and had paid that that was too low for the house and requested for a top up which I did because I was super exhausted from a trip I was from I topped up Ksh 3070 making the total Ksh 12,000 This I felt was not fare knowing that it was 8pm and I could probably not have that money at that time thank God I did . So im not sure if its an app issue or Landlord issue but I feel this should be resolved to what I see is what I get . And if possible I get a refund
