Summary: The apartment is very spacious with a large balcony giving lovely views of the Med, it was clean and comfortably furnished, the outside pool and garden are well kept, there was adequate furniture although maybe not enough in high season. The beach is a 15 minute walk and 25 minutes or so in to the centre of Guardamar, there is lots of free parking if you wanted to drive. Whilst the apartment itself scores a solid 5 there were things that overall made it a 4, firstly check in was 6 pm, which is rather late, there is no information in the apartment about the resort, area, nearest shop etc, there are no beach towels or beach equipment provided, nor are there any “basic” items ie. cleaning products, washing up liquid etc and just the one sun lounger on the balcony. These are all small issues which can easily be put right, although they didn’t detract from what is a lovely apartment
