Located in the greenest part of Alvor, surrounded by 6 prestigious Pestana Hotels, just 10 minutes walk to the sandy dunes and beautiful beaches, as well as the cozy town center with many shops and plenty of genuine restaurants in the area leading to the fishermen's marina.
The apartment, approximately 220 m2, consists of the 2 top floors of a newly renovated building located in a quiet area next to the center of Alvor. The penthouse has spacious terraces on both floors, facing south and to the ocean, where sun chairs and lounge chairs are placed for you to enjoy the amazing view and the all-day sun! The penthouse was totally renovated and tastefully redesigned in 2016. Everything feels fresh, sparkling and brand new. The furniture is luxurious and has stylish designs. The feeling of the penthouse is one of modern comfort. Decorative patterns in some tiles and textiles of the Portuguese Discovery Age during the 15th and 16th century make reference to its world-famous navigators. The ocean view from this penthouse is spectacular! One can enjoy ocean views every minute of the day, from every room and every part of the terraces. Big windows and sliding doors leading to the terraces give you the views as far as your eyes allow you to see.
In front of the house you will see green fruit trees and cypress all the way (500 meters) down to the famous and picturesque Praia Tres Irmaos and Alvor beaches. The small road down to the ocean is located slightly east of the penthouse. Down at the beaches you'll find several restaurants, cafes and a long board walk that takes you along for several miles to the Alvor Laguna and bird sanctuary. The sandy beaches are clean white fine grain, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere coming from a nice mixture of younger and older people or many nationalities. On the very east side of the beach you'll find some spectacular water caves and coastline cliffs, often pictured on Facebook and Instagram.

Another 14 meters wide south-facing terrace with lounge armchairs and a separate uncovered sun terrace furnished with sun beds, facing south-west.
