Ocean Park is a residential, oceanfront, and pedestrian-friendly community in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It is one of the forty neighborhoods in the city. To the north, you'll find the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, along with nearby hotels and attractions such as nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Ocean Park is one of the island's main neighborhoods located near the beach.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the building’s parking garage and common areas.
Our spacious apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with comfortable seating, and a flat-screen Smart TV loaded with Spotify, Netflix, YouTube, and other entertainment apps. There are two private bathrooms, each with a shower and a hairdryer. For your convenience, the kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, stove, and Keurig coffee machine.
We offer accommodations with complimentary high-speed WiFi, central air conditioning, beach amenities, and easy access to numerous nearby restaurants and shops.
We offer complimentary parking. However, parking in Ocean Park and San Juan is limited. Therefore, we suggest that guests avoid renting cars unless they plan to travel frequently outside of San Juan. Condado is very walkable, and there are plenty of taxicabs, Uber services, and electric scooters readily available.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.
We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.
Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Starter Package. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.
Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Sensibo air units have been installed on the premises. Please refrain from disconnecting these devices, as they are specifically designed for remote control of the air conditioning and humidity management. The small white/black devices are strategically placed near the kitchen, bedrooms, and close to the mini-split A/C unit for optimal functionality.
