The house is made up of two cottages with two terraces, one with sun loungers and lake view, the other larger central equipped with deck chairs, table for 8 people, umbrella and large stone barbecue. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Borromean islands. In the main part of the house there is a service bathroom, the living room with lounge, satellite TV, dining table and the fully equipped open kitchen area. Climbing the staircase on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double with a beautiful lake view and another with two single beds and on this floor there is also an elegant bathroom with shower. In the other rustic on the ground floor there is the living room with double sofa bed and lake view, on the first floor there is the bedroom with two single beds and lake view and another elegant bathroom with shower. At 200 meters from the house there is a garage available. To access the house you need to walk a small pedestrian street between the houses about 150 meters long. Little pets are welcome with a fee.

Summary: The view of the lake and the sunrises each morning was fantastic. It was comfortable, easy to prepare meals, a wonder large outdoor table with lake views to eat and an easy 15-20 minute walk into town. Parking on the street above was not a problem. There is a parking garage but our Audi A6 wagon was too long to comfortably make the turn into the assigned space. Also, the owner accurately describes the distance from the street to the unit but beware that it is over mostly cobblestone where heavy luggage will not roll easily. With 7 people it would have been nice to have more dinnerware and glassware. I believe it is advertised as 4 bedrooms, but the 4th is actually a living room with a pull-out sofa. So if you are looking for 4 BRs with privacy this may not be your best choice. Don't mean to sound too negative. I would consider staying there again. If you want better views of the lake and don't need to be walking to town, suggest you look for something higher up.
