Our sunny and lovingly furnished 2-room.-Ferienwohnung for max. up to 4 pers. is located in the apartment of our own home. It has a private entrance, terrace and garden area. We live in a quiet residential area of our village Bittelschieß. Ideal for families with children. The apartment is fully equipped.
In the living room are next to a comfortable couch, which can be pulled out to a bed if necessary, two armchairs and a small sofa, satellite TV, closet and a stove for the cool days.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, side table, wardrobe and small desk. (Desk can be exchanged for a crib if necessary)
In the large hallway is a cozy dining area.
Next to it is the well equipped kitchen with div. Kitchen appliances and enough dishes. An additional table and 2 chairs make the kitchen cozy.
The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, sink, toilet and washing machine and generous storage space.
In front of the living room is a covered, sunny terrace, equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. There is also a mobile barbecue.
For the children there is a sandpit and a swing and, if needed, a paddling pool. (If necessary, a high chair and winding plate is available)
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and included in the price.
