Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom has a queen bed in it. The second bedroom contains two twin beds. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well as work desks USB charging bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen.
The dining area has seating for guests and friends to stop by and features a nice view out the large back window.
The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for several vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street.

This is NOT a party house- if you exceed 7 guests maximum without prior consent for an exception from the host you will be fined $250 and reported for unauthorized guests.
No smoking, anything, anywhere on the premises or you will be fined $250.
Make sure your booking reflects the actual number of guests staying or you will forfeit your deposit, example- don't book for 3 people and then have 7 in the home please, the airbnb community is built on mutual trust and respect: this action is dishonest and disrespectful.
This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a $250 deep cleaning fine. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.
If you have a trained and certified SERVICE animal and the guest:
-requires their service animal because of a disability
-Can define what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform, than this Service animal will be permitted
Otherwise all animals of any kind are not permitted.

Although not required by law, we would appreciate it if you would let us know that you will be traveling with a service animal in your initial booking message.
All areas of the house are available for guest use, with the exception of the locked cleaner's closet.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Shawna, Meaghan, and Jenna are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
- No Pets!! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors - Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
