This unique home gives one the experience of being peacefully secluded, yet is a short seven mile drive to downtown Nevada City, offering fine dining, entertainment, museums and shopping. The Retreat is ideal for family reunions, workshops and vacations for relaxing and recreation. If you are a writer looking for a place to peace out, there is no better place.
A stones throw from the Retreat lies a charming community park with a swimming, Kayak, Paddle Board pond, beautiful walking trail, horseshoe pit, BBQ area, playground and sand volleyball court.
