This house is a 2 story apartment. This listing is for the top floor with the best views. Elevator means handicapped accessible!! No need to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs!! Beautiful master bedroom with gorgeous views of the bay from bedroom and living room. Master bath provides a state of the art shower with bench seating built in and amazing shower panel. Additional 1/2 bath also available. King size bed in master bedroom. Day bed (2 single mattresses) located in the living room, Air mattresses provided as well. Open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Fire place for winter intimacy. Fully stocked kitchen, grill on the back deck and sun porch for dolphin watching!!.Outside shower to rinse off when returning from the beach!! Many people enjoy fishing here!!! Washer/dryer, dishwasher and WiFi available. Conservation Wildlife Refuge view from front of the house. Quiet, quaint small town with corner store for your convenience.
What more could you want or ask for while on vaca?!?!? Come visit!!!
The constant question I get is "how close to the beach" is the house located. Well it is literally a 2 minute walk out the back door.
Please bring your own bath, hand and beach towels. Clean linens will be on the beds upon your arrival, but no access to spare linens - so bring your own if you feel you will need them. My housekeeper also has a linen service if you feel you will need that.
If there is an amenity that has been offered and available for your use, and when you arrive it is not working - I will call the appropriate person to fix. You MUST be responsive and available (if necessary) for the technician to come in and fix the problem.

Summary: Donna is a very responsive, even proactive, property owner. The place is beautiful and the kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking. The views are spectacular of both the bay and the preserve. We love the access to the mostly private beach. There is a lovely fenced in area under the house. We love staying here and look forward to it every year. Thank you for wonderful vacation.
