Small detached house of 40m2, LOFT, private pool and heated in a property of two houses, located in the center of the Riviera, 15 minutes from the beaches, between sea and mountains, between Gaude and Saint Jeannet. We have a very clear view with a beautiful panorama of the Baou and the castle of St Jeannet.

The house is 5 minutes from the village of Gaude and 10 minutes from the village of St Jeannet by car.
We are in a residential area with a garden not overlooked neighbors about 300 meters above sea level.
The house enjoys a beautiful sunshine for swimming and sunbathing ....
We are in the central position of the Riviera, between Monaco and St Tropez, which will allow you to visit all the tourist places of our beautiful French Riviera.

The other house of the co-ownership is inhabited by the owners, a couple of Nice who will advise you if you want to go sightseeing or activities, but will also be very discreet Car live on the other side of the house .

In the Loft you will find very complete documentation, maps and brochures of the Region and its centers of interest.

After your installation, you will meet the owners, only during the watering and maintenance of the pool.

The Loft is ideally designed to accommodate a couple, however it will be possible to put two children on the couch. (1 hydraulic cabinet bed, and a sleeping couch)
The Loft is in a closed and secure property, with private parking, entrance electric gate (On arrival, a beep will be given to you)

Guests can enjoy an exclusive and private private pool heated from 15 June to 15 September with submerged beach. Outside these periods, you will be able to bathe, the water being in adequacy with the mild climate of the Cote d'Azur.

The garden is at your disposal with its beautiful composite terrace where you can curl up and relax. For this garden furniture, as well as sunbathing will be at your disposal.

The air-conditioned house is located in a very quiet garden, where you will have the privilege, in the morning, to be awoken by the birds ...

Despite the fact that we are on the hill, you will find nearby: supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, laundry, tobacco, restaurants, ... and all other amenities.

You can go to us by car, but also by bus from St Laurent du Var. (stop 100 m from the house).
