This is our second property, you can check the comments of our guests of the other with the ID # 856363, so you can be sure that you will be well taken care of. The house is located in the gallery street, half a block from the church and the market of Santa Ana, and two blocks from Paseo de Montejo, the most iconic avenue in Merida, near restaurants, coffee shops ,stores and a supermarket a block at the house. The house has a garage with automathic door for 1 medium car, full kitchen with all the accesories you could need, laundry center, a dinning table for 6 persons, a comfortable king size sofa bed in the living area, a 49" 4k TV. The bathroom with a large shower ,view to the inside garden and the master bedroom counts with a king size bed, 49" 4K TV, closet and the terrace that overlooks the pool and garden where you can rest in the hammock. High speed internet and air conditioning in all areas of the house including the bathroom, the house is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 kids, The water preasure is great since it has hydropneumatic. In the house you can find tourist information, and some amenities such as water, soap, shapoo, etc. All the services (electricity and gas) are included. For stays longer than 5 nights, the cleaning of the house and pool will be included 2 days per week.

Summary: Early in our stay, a wind storm knocked our electricity in our area. The Landlord kept us posted, and if power wasn't re-introduced they would put us up in a hotel! Further, for the inconvenience, (we considered it a camping adventure) they gifted us! Such generosity! For over two weeks, we always felt like we were "coming home" when we arrived back at our lovely place. A highly intense trip of taking Spanish in immersion classes five hours a day, we needed the ability to utterly relax. I thank our hosts deeply.
