Positive: Property was clean and light, in a good location for the Normandy beaches. The facilities were good (dishwasher/washing machine/coffee machine/fridge), and the apartment was the right size for the three of us....a fourth adult would have been a squeeze (but still doable). Comms from Sebastien were good, and clear.

Negative: Understandably for the location, there are gulls and pigeons...they like to sit on the balcony railings and (naturally) leave messes behind. It would have been good if (a) the railings had been cleaned before we went in, and (b) if there were appropriate cleaning/disinfecting materials so we could clear up small amounts of mess. That said, it isn't a major issue.
