Positive: I liked the location.

Negative: There wasn't enough toilet paper or paper towels or towels for 12 persons. I had to purchase more toilet paper. I also had to change a couple of light bulbs. The cookware was terrible and the utensils were also no good. The landscape needs to be done. Where the firepit was located was full of debris and leaves. There was no grill and no baby gates. Both of those items were listed available when i booked the property. The hot tub was not very hot and only a few jets worked. The hot tub smelled like mildew. Also the downstairs futon is terrible. It sinks down in the middle pretty bad.

Summary: We do enjoy our stay but we all were very disappointed able all the things listed above!
