The apartment:
Ideally located in the heart of downtown Niort while being quiet, close to all transport and shops. This accommodation is ideal for a family stay as well as for a business stay.
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment is composed as follows:
Day space:
- Entrance with cupboard.
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV and a connected speaker as well as a large desk area and many computer plugs.
- An ultra-modern kitchen with central island, open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher...
Night space:
- A quiet bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a TV. A closet is available in the corridor leading to the bedroom.

- A large balcony of 12 m² without vis-à-vis arranged with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy a meal or aperitif after a long day.
