Looking for that extra special private location for a family of friends, but close to old town and beach, look no further this is the ideal villa. Villa is unique in Lagos with completely private setting, panorama view of nature reserve and sea but close to everything you need (walk distance to beach, supermarket and old town).
Vila Colina Arenosa resides on a unique plot in Lagos (11800 m2 garden, 300m2 villa), with its own private driveway and large south facing pool and gardens. The villa has undergone full modernisation 2019 under guidance of young award winning Lisbon architect. This in addition to 2018 pool refit. The villa is ideal for 2 families (8-9 persons - for comfort 9 with min 1 child, 8 adults) or group of friends on single floor. Use of extra 2 person double bed apartment (living/bed) under house allows for 11 persons. Bookable on request at extra fee, but not bookable alone to ensure privacy)

The villa benefits from sunrise to sunset and direct views towards Meia Praia beach from your bed and living space! Several large outdoor terraces offer multiple options for dining and large BBQ.
The private garden is ideal for children to discover and provides a tranquil environment for kids to play (under tree cover) whilst parents relax by the pool. The gardens are fenced.
Meia Praia beach is within 5 mins walking distance from front gate. Water sport lessons are available directly on beach.
The villa is naturally cool inside but benefits from 6 air conditioning units (all bedrooms, living room + kitchen) and extra large roof fan (living space). Log burning fire and wood supply for long winter lets, prices on application.
New Fibre Internet 300MB, Wi-Fi along with both Vodafone IPTV and HBO is available in the Villa.
Travel: Faro airport is the closest international airport to Lagos being a easy 50 min car drive along the A22 motorway, you can also reach Lagos from Lisbon International airport approx. 3 hours if you wish to make a two centre holiday. Car hire is not essential since once in Lagos all the amenities are near at hand, but recommended if you want to explore. We can recommend cost effective car hire companies from the airport or there are various transfers available either by shuttle bus including speedy shuttles (max 8 persons per bus) through to relatively cheap taxi transfers approx. €75 each way for 4 persons.
Town & Beach: Lagos is a working town therefore as all the facilities you would expect are available in town with a huge selection of quality restaurants and shops, bars public services, international doctors public Gyms for the more active etc. Spa access at hotel in front of villa is 15 eur per day. Massage and beauty services available.
West Coast: Villa Colina Arenosa is located 30 minutes drive to the beautiful rugged coast line of the Atlantic with wide surfing beaches of Aljuzur. A great day-trip for those looking to be more active. Local tips from owner provided onsite.
Golf: The villa is ideally situated for golfing holidays with 5 golf courses within 20 mins and two in 10 mins: award winning Onyria Palmares Beach & Golf Resort (27-holes) and Boavista, Parque de Floresta.
Walking: There are many walks taking you into lovely countryside, or along spectacular sections of the coastline which you are unlikely to see except on foot (There is a guide of these walks in the Villa for guests to use during there stay).
