If the beach is your destination it is 3 1/2 blocks away right on the other side of beautiful Ft DeRussy park.
The apartment features a newly remodeled full kitchen with range, oven, micro, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator with ice maker. A large sink and quartz counters makes clean up easy. The dining table doubles as a prep area and seats 8 on comfortable stools.
The living area has a large wall mounted tv that can point to the kitchen or the lanai, seating and coffee table. The lanai has additional seating and a small table. The lanai has a retractable screen to cut down on sun of provide additional privacy. City views
The bedroom has a large walk in closet with loads of custom drawer space, queen bed, ceiling fan and window mounted AC. There is a dedicated work space with stand up/sit down adjustable desk, lamp, file cabinet, and office chair.
