Welcome to our beautiful river house haven. In the middle of the action, up the river and just before the beautiful canopy of trees to kayak through. You will love every area of this home. Bedrooms sleep four and we have two futons to sleep four more. No check ins On Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas
Two bedroom and two bathrooms each room has a queen size bed to accommodate four and the living room has two futons to sleep another four. The upstairs is open and bright, the downstairs has a ping pong table, games, a 60" tv and sofas. Open the garage back door and you walk right out to the lanai with a bar and seating and onto the deck with more seating overlooking the crystal clear river.
Easy to access with a lockbox and plenty of parking
Quiet cul-de-sac, paved road
We ask you treat our home as if it was your own. No smoking. Back patio area has uneven areas please walk with care and at own risk. Also use caution with kids, no climbing on the rocks or running up over the sides of the deck. Only use the walk way on the side. Careful the kayaks nor paddles float away as it will be your responsibility to replace. Slide is there for your enjoyment, if the water doesn't flow (it's on solar and battery) then use the hose or a bucket to wet it to slide. Pets are only allowed with prior approval and pet fee paid. Only well behaved pets welcomed. No holiday check in or outs allowed, day before or after only.
We request all guest take extra measures to play with care, watch out for stairs and let us know immediately if there are any breaks. Dogs are only allowed if they are well behaved/approved breed and a pet fee has been paid in advance. We reserve the right to request for you to check out immediately with no refund if parties, drugs, or not adhering to these rules are noticed.
