This modern 4 bedroom house has 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the Master Bedroom - all situated over one story. The kitchen has full facilities, including a dishwasher, full size cooker and refrigerator, as well as the added benefit of laundry facilities. There is a comfortable lounge area around the family TV which also features a DVD player; and a formal dining area if you fancy a meal in. Outside you will find a covered seating area and sun loungers around your own pool - perfect for cooling off from the Florida sun. The Community: Lake Wilson Preserve is a subdivision of just 96 homes all in a Mediterranean style with a Spanish tiled roof and block paved driveway. The estate is set on and surrounded by conservation land, some properties over-look small lakes. Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532, it is only ten minutes to Disney. On top of this, only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
