Our Lake House has all the amenities of home. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a half bath, 2 Queen size pull-out couch beds. A fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, central air and heat, 2 televisions, a DVD player, a full size living room and 2 enclosed sun porches. The outside patio is complete with table, chairs and furniture to relax and enjoy the sunsets. A propane grill, a firepit and corn hole boards are also waiting for you. The rental comes with a 24' Pontoon Boat to be used as you wish. It sits beside Marks Landing restaurant to enjoy a meal or have a drink.... The house rents from 6 p.m. Sunday until 12 noon the following Sunday. A $400.00 security deposit is required . The house is a must see ....There is no paint or dry wall all the rooms are of a different type of wood and the yard is beautifully landscaped. The house is available all year as Mother Nature paints the seasons in our Ohio town.
