The "La Janca" Holiday House is a beautiful and modern Villa built this year, it can accommodate up to 12 people, it consists of 3 completely independent apartments, designed by an architect to guarantee total privacy and functionality.
"La Janca" has a wonderful design pool, for common use, 50 sqm large. and panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, dotted with the typical trulli called "Pajare", of pines, olive trees and the typical Mediterranean vegetation, with elegant furnishings in order to comfortably enjoy the sun, the colors and scents of the enchanting Salento and a refreshing outdoor shower perfect for relaxing and having fun in total privacy.
The "Casa Dune" is a true oasis of peace and relaxation, in its large private outdoor area, with a fascinating view of the countryside and the pool, extended about 100 square meters, completely shielded from external glances, you can enjoy tasty breakfasts or lunches shade of bamboo, dine under the stars or have fun preparing tasty barbecues on the barbecue of the house or relax in the comfortable outdoor lounge taking an aperitif in the colors of the sunset.
