“La Casa delle Querce” is an 18th century country house set amidst the verdant hills of the route of the Nobile Montepulciano wine. The house, in typical red clay brick, was converted in 1990 into the present “La Casa delle Querce” after a careful restoration maintaining all the original architectural features. It consists of 11 apartments: the owner’s own residence and 10 apartments for the guests, each with its own independent entrance, individual layout and character. “La Casa delle Querce” is surrounded by a park with magnificent oak trees and their welcome shade. The outdoor swimming pool (16x8) is surrounded by a lawn equipped with sun beds, loungers and tables. A dedicated area with two barbecues and an oven invites the guests to improve their culinary skills. There are two entrances, one with a few steps which leads to the living-dining room while the other leads into the double-bed room. The apartment features wooden beamed ceilings and brick walls. In the living-dining room there is a dining table with 6 chairs, a sofa, some rustic furniture, sat TV and a small bathroom with shower. The living room faces the swimming pool. Behind a beautiful brick arch there is a cooking area with a fully-equipped kitchenette. A door divides the living space from the night area where there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one with a double-bed, wardrobe, desk, ceiling fan and another with three single beds with a wardrobe, a desk, an armchair. The double-bed room faces the swimming pool. Outside there is a private area with a wrought -iron table and chairs.
