Moreover, the cottage is a member of the Association des propriétaires de Southière-sur-le-Lac (APS). "Members of the Association have privileged access to many services such as the Grande plage and Petite plage parks, the volleyball court, the children's playground, the petanque, boat and windsurfing areas, the skating rink, as well as the network of trails in the woods."
