All this only 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 12 minutes to the sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca.
Our modern family apartment is part of the brand new exclusive Kumquat residential project at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. It was completed at the end of 2024 and offers a unique blend of luxury, comfort, and stunning natural surroundings. Located within a gated resort voted Best Golf Course in Spain, this newly completed residence features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bright open-plan living area with QLED TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality appliances.
