3 Bedroom House in Central Okanagan, Kelowna
We have a new walkout basement suite in a new lakefront home on Okanagan Lake. Located approximately 20 minutes from the Kelowna bridge. The suite has 2 bedrooms, with smart TVs. The larger bedroom has a lake view and a king size bed, and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The suite is approximately 1200 square feet and completely self contained from the rest of the house with its own private entrance. This suite boasts recessed led lighting and 2ft by 2ft marble tiles. It is a walk out suite with a lot of lake view and natural light. The entrance door to the suite is 54 feet to the lake (yes we actually measured). The ceiling and connecting walls have been sound proofed to minimize noise transfer. The suite has its own heating & cooling thermostat and heated tile flooring in the bathroom. The living room has a 55” smart TV, linear fireplace, a pull out queen sized bed sectional couch. The kitchen has white shaker cabinetry with quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel range, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge with filtered water and ice. Also, there is your own private washer and dryer. There is a private sandy beach, dock, and outdoor shower (shared with the owners). If you want to bring your boat we have trailer parking (on the upper lot) and a buoy that can handle up to a 27ft boat. No boat parking on the dock, temporary loading and unloading is allowed on the dock. You will have shared use (relaxing, tanning, kids playing) of the dock with the owners. There are 2 boat launches within a 10 minute drive. Under the deck is your private outdoor space. Here you will find your private BBQ, compressed air (to blow up floaties), table and chairs on a stamped concrete patio. Please feel free to contact me with any of your questions.
