Positive: This accommodation is in a village of Sekenani on a little hill a few minutes from the gate. It has accommodation in 2 buildings and a tent. We stayed in the main building that has 4 rooms and a bathroom. It is cozy and clean with a veranda where you can test during the day. The property is green and has nice shade. We were here in the summer and slept great with just a fan. Levis is the main guest contact and he is a very kind, fun young man who will arrange for everything, including game drives. The food was really good and staff took care of us well. We had a bonfire one evening. Our game drive was amazing. The driver really knew how to find the animals and position the vehicle. We saw all Big 5. We had breakfast and lunch served under the tree. The whole thing was an amazing experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for a more affordable, "local" experience.

Negative: Everything was as expected with being in a local neighborhood. There are noises, some times smell from cattle and some flies but this is not a negative. It is a very genuine experience where you get to know the staff more closely and observe the local life the way it is. We preferred it this way over the sterile Lodge experience. Not to mention the cost is a lot more digestable.
