Positive: This is my third time visiting Caye Caulker and my fourth hotel on the island and I would put it as perfectly lovely for what the island can offer. The location is fantastic, and the suite we stayed in was spacious. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels which was a major plus and very appreciated! It made the usual sand that sneaks in disappear and enhanced the experience. There was also a security guard on sight each night which was appreciated since the hotel is on the Main Street close to the Split which has a late night crowd. Overall, I recommend the hotel and would return. It is also currently under renovations with new floors being added so I can imagine it will only get better.
Negative: Our room was on the first floor so our curtains were closed the majority of the time and made using the “balcony” moot. The bathroom was also extremely functional but could use an upgrade.
