This resort style Tropical Home is set at the end of an island, with endless Ocean, Beach, Marsh, & Golf Course views. Nature abounds. Steps to sand beach & oceanfront golf. Gather in the luxurious 'Ocean Room' living room or relax on the Pool Deck Cabana & take in Charleston's boundless nature. Refined kitchen & massive antique pine dining table for 12. Set on a sprawling lot, tropical trees & landscaping, this property offers endless views & luxurious privacy, set on the Point of Isle of Palms.
The Space:
After well spent days, gather in the home's 'Ocean Room', a sumptuous living room with astounding panoramic views. The home feels like a tropical resort. Retreat to the Pool House Cabana, with fire pit & outdoor kitchen. Chaise lounges & ample seating areas adorn the pool deck to bask in endless vantage points & views of the sea. Inside, 5 bedrooms total, all with beautiful Views. The Top Floor has breathtaking views, and with a King Canopy bed, along with living space & TV, wet bar, multiple Day Beds, and a private full bath, it is equipped as a full suite. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $850 a week.

Entry granted upon Reservation. Private community. Home offers spacious ground level garage, with plentiful parking. Garage & Driveway parking ONLY. Street parking not allowed. Please respect the neighborhood for its quiet & private nature. Enjoy home and do not disturb others. Thank you for your respect for the Neighborhood, the Golf Course & Club. Other Things to Note:
Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $250 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $250 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $850 a week, guest will need to let management know the week prior to their arrival.
We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds**
*Severe Weather Policy*
Our severe weather and Extenuating Circumstances: Hurricane Policy is as follows:
If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC specifically for the county in which your property is located for the dates of your stay, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect. In this case we WILL refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest and we shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation.
However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued. This is the case even if the guest chooses to cancel or travel is disrupted due to the storm.
Additionally, if there is adverse weather phenomenon outside of Charleston or SC (ie. other regions of the US or abroad) during the dates of the guests' stay which hinders the guests from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. Therefore, a refund will NOT be issued.
***ATTENTION***
Hurricane season is during the months of June-November. During this time we HIGHLY recommend guests research and purchase travel insurance.
